PLACING YOUR ORDER - International shipping

No payment will be needed when the quotation is issued. A fully completed address will be required to quote shipping costs by sea or by air.

Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and paid using Paypal, Bank transfer, or DOKU.

 

DELIVERY WITHIN INDONESIA

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered to you within seven business days. Option for local shipping courier will be chosen upon ordering through our website. Bungalow Living will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur.  

DELIVERY WITHIN BALI AREA

All orders are processed immediately or within 24 hours, depending on product availability.

We can help you organize delivery using GOCAR or GOSEND, and payment for the delivery will be quoted before delivery, payments are direct to the local chosen courier.

DELIVERY OVERSEAS
All orders are processed within 24 hours and are delivered to you within 14 business days or 3 - 6 weeks.

We will help you to decide which method of delivery will be for your purchase, sea freight using our recommended Cargo or air freight using DHL Express, depending on the destination, qty, and size of the products.

 
CUSTOMS & TAXES
All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Bungalow Living Bali has no control over these charges. We are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order. You may also visit duty calculation websites such as www.dutycalculator.com.
