Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the product to us in it's original "new and unused" condition within two days of the goods being received. 

New and unused means all original tags attached and items unworn and unsoiled. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Please note that all sale items are fully non-exchangeable or refundable. All returns must be posted to our address at your cost. We will replace the product within 48 hours, depending on availability.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, you must return the item to us within two days of the goods received. Simply contact us to notify you of your wish to exchange the item and nominate an alternative product. 

We will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned in the original condition, unused, unsoiled, and tags attached. 

All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS

We do thorough quality control and take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, send us photos of the damaged or faulty goods, and we will be happy to exchange your product. 

All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Bungalow Living.

PRODUCT COLOR DISCREPANCIES & PORTRAYAL

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen color settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. Bungalow Living shall not be held responsible for any color discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.

Our product colors and materials are mostly crafted from natural fibers, natural hand dyed and it's important to note that they may exhibit natural imperfections, which are part of their natural beauty.
